Hello,
I am wondering if you could kindly advise me about a beautiful antique furniture I’m selling due to a move abroad. It has been in our family for over 65 years, and is truly spectacular. I live in Winnipeg and contacted several auctioneers and antique dealers. I also published an ad on the Winnipeg Free Press as well as several online sites, but the results were so far lackluster because it's so large and it's appraised value. (has been appraised by a member of The Appraisers Association of America for over $10,000) I will greatly appreciate your opinion on my next possible options. The details are: Gothic Style Antique Breakfront Bookcase c.1840 Gothic style, oak, mahogany interior made in Germany circa 1840 or earlier*. With 2 glazed doors at either end and a paneled door in the center, which is in burl walnut. Glazed doors are bowed and bevelled glass. There are 2 iconic columns at side of doors, over bun feet. *Hand bevelled glass indicates wardrobe is circa 1800-1840. Size: 78" H x 90" W x 17" D I have placed pictures of it on my kijiji ad ( Ad ID 481849673 ) Thank You, Miryam Attach file: 3-copy.jpg (58.11 KB) 1-Wardrobe1a.jpg (59.94 KB) DSCN1696.jpg (89.55 KB) 0001.jpg (142.40 KB)
